First things first, you need to know how much your current home is worth. โฃโฃ

You need to know two numbers. The 100% for sure bottom line value for your home, and, the possible range and realistic range upwards. The most important number is the for sure number. We want to be very conservative in this number. However the market is very hot so this number may even surprise you by how high it is. โฃโฃ

The main thing is having all the information to make very informed decisions. โฃโฃ
